WHEN SHOULD I BOOK AN appointment?
You should ideally book an appointment 10-12 months prior to the wedding, working with a shorter time frame is achievable but fabrics and trims may be limited.
what levels of service do you provide and what is the difference?
We provide two levels of service. ‘Made to Measure’ and ‘Couture’
MADE TO MEASURE
Select one of our beautifully designed gowns and will we craft it for your body. Over a series of fittings with Jason Grech you will see the your gown come together, made especially for you. This service is very customisable.
COUTURE
Jason will design an individual gown for you.
WHAT SHALL I BRING TO MY FIRST APPOINTMENT?
A smile. Your first consultation with Jason will run for approximately 45 minutes and he will recommend the best shapes that work for your body shape and ask you specific and direct questions about your wedding day. The first consult is not about the sale - it’s about providing you with as much information as possible about what we can do for you.
WHAT IS THE PRICE RANGE OF your gowns?
MADE TO MEASURE gowns start at AUD$7,800 and average around AUD$9,000.
COUTURE gowns start at AUD$9,500 and average around AUD$12,000
CAN I BRING GUESTS TO MY APPOINTMENT?
You can certainly bring guests to your appointments, selecting a gown is a big decision and sharing the experience with family and friends is encouraged. We suggest up to four guests. We have 9 stairs at our building entry, please contact us if you would like wheelchair access.

HOW MANY FITTINGS WILL I NEED?
MADE TO MEASURE: 5 fittings plus pick up
COUTURE: 6-7 fittings plus pick up
WHo DO I SEE AT FITTINGS?
You will see Jason at ALL your fittings unless you are notified.
WHEN DO I TAKE MY GOWN HOME?
We have discovered that most brides weight changes two weeks before their wedding so pick up is the week of the event. The final fitting is the week before and the pick up the week of. This allows us to alter the gown to ensure it fits you best.
CAN YOU HELP WITH STYLING?
Jason can most definitely help you with this.
HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK and how is it made?
A 30% non refundable instalment is made when you book the gown and the balance is divided into your first four fittings.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, EFT and cash.
WHEN DO I NEED MY SHOES?
We recommend you have your shoes for the second fitting.

DO YOU CARRY STOCK OF the JASONGRECH COLLECTION?
We do not carry any stock of our collection, all pieces are limited edition and made to order in our North Melbourne Atelier. Turn around is 2 - 4 weeks. If you need something in a smaller timeframe, please discuss options when you make an appointment.
Whats is the average Couture price?
Custom couture prices vary:
Mothers of the Bride/Groom start at $2,500 and the average is $3,500
Red Carpet start at $5,000 and the average is $8000
CAN I HAVE SOMETHING MADE TO MEASURE?
We offer a Made to Measure service of the JASONGRECH collection for an additional fee of $250.
Do YOU MAKE CHRISTENING AND FLOWERGIRL DRESSES?
We make both, many of our brides have returned for their child’s christening dress. Christening and flowergirl dresses start at $1,500.
DO YOU MAKE CUSTOM COUTURE?
We make custom couture for many of client needs, some are for Red Carpets, Weddings and Events.
WHAT ARE YOUR APPOINTMENT HOURS?
Our appointment hours are Wednesday to Saturday 9am - 4pm. Please discuss options when requesting an appointment if these do not work for you.
